Menus at the Restaurant at La Casa change daily to reflect the just-picked bounty of Royal Isabela’s River Farm and Gatehouse Garden, as well as what’s seasonally fresh in Puerto Rico. The culinary team also spotlights ingredients from Puerto Rican purveyors like the local cheesemaker in nearby Camuy and Levain Artisan Breads in the adjoining town of Aguadilla. La Casa servers will inform each table of the fish specials, based on the daily catch.
